SAINT AIDAN'S MANOR
A school with a large Gothic chapel where you can learn about the history of religion and religious architecture.
If you want to go back in time, if you are passionate about the history of religion or if you are a lover of religious architecture, here, for almost a century, young South Africans have been coming to Saint Aidan's College to do their humanities. The Jesuits, including many French fathers, taught them subjects such as Latin, Greek and mathematics. But in 1973, everything stopped. We were stunned when we entered the large Gothic chapel built in 1924 by Father Labœuf.
