Simone and Allan, the owners of the establishment, offer a refined cuisine, reinventing and modernizing classics. Here the products are carefully selected: wild fennel from the kloof, beach salicornia and sea salt, homemade fermented vinegar and flavoured cheeses on site. The meat is supplied by a small local butcher and all fresh produce comes from small independent suppliers, all of whom are organic. Allan is proud to say that he doesn't freeze anything, except when absolutely necessary!
