Restaurant offering dishes based on healthy and local products in Amfréville.
A clever idea. A delicatessen chef who has made a warm restaurant corner in his shop. You choose your starters in the refrigerated display case (raw vegetables, pâté terrines) and then Christophe, supported by his team, serves you the daily special at the table. From the beginning to the end of the week, each time different. We go from roast veal, camembert sauce, to Basque chicken, from heifer kidney to parmentier minced meat. Every Friday, it's fish: between salmon and cod back, the sea is served with all the right sauces: tarragon or Dieppe, for example. On Saturdays (from June to September), it is grilled over a wood fire. The concept is original and frankly good franquette with a service all smiles. It's better than at home: a little like opening the fridge door to use the best things. From starter to dessert, everything is more than natural. Since we're here, there's no way we're leaving empty-handed. And we gladly extend this beautiful moment with a few shopping: tripe, andouillettes, blood sausage, muzzle vinaigrette, eggs... There is no shortage of ideas to fill up with healthy and local products, all coming from neighbouring farms and guaranteed "more than short circuit".
