Makaranga Garden Lodge is a 5-star hotel in Kloof. This elegant establishment offers rooms and suites decorated in a variety of styles, with private balconies, flat-screen TVs and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms even feature a four-poster bed. A 2-bedroom apartment is also available. Room service is provided. The hotel features a friendly brasserie with covered terrace, a grocery store and a trendy library-bar. Facilities also include an outdoor swimming pool, a children's playground, a spa offering treatments at extra charge, and 5 meeting rooms. On-site parking is free. However, the management team is convinced that this decision is the best one to ensure the safety of both guests and staff. They hope to be able to reopen soon and welcome visitors back to their beautiful gardens.
