Innovative restaurant with bar and swimming pool in Amsterdam offering meat and vegetarian dishes.
The Kanarie Club offers an innovative catering concept. Here, you can spend the day, have breakfast, lunch, work, sip cocktails around a tropical bar with a small pool (yes, but without water!), then dance the night away. The upstairs pool is a reminder of the building's past, when it was squatted. The beautiful, photogenic space is the work of studio Modijefsky. The concise menu always includes one meat, one fish and one vegetarian dish.
