Restaurant near the red light district of Amsterdam offering Dutch and seasonal cuisine based on local products.
New restaurant, opened in 2017, ideally located because it is very close to the red light district. The chef develops his own recipes based on Dutch influence but revisited according to seasonality. The menu, which is seasonal, changes every week depending on the harvest. The products are exclusively from local producers. We were personally seduced by the red mullet fillet and its purée of pumpkins, Dutch shrimps and grilled carrots! A beautiful address that will delight your taste buds and that we recommend without moderation!
