This pearl, parel in Dutch, is an excellent café-restaurant in the heart of Jordaan, not far from Anne Frank's house. Formerly a brown café, it is now a top-quality design venue with a sleek, elegant style. This address already enjoys a solid reputation, and the waiting list for dinner is long. The terrace is very pleasant in fine weather. The menu changes regularly with the seasons. Service is efficient and friendly. Products are carefully selected, often organic. Last but not least, the wine list is superb.
