Greenwoods is a very pretty address, ideally located on the Keizersgracht, a stone's throw from the center and Leidseplein. Its terrace overlooking the canal is particularly pleasant in summer. This café-restaurant offers a varied menu with many vegan options, as well as interesting breakfast formulas. The dishes are tasty and hearty, and the staff are always very welcoming. This is undoubtedly one of Amsterdam's best brunches. A second address is located a little further north, on the Singel canal.

Super quaint, cute and the *best food*; come after 1pm and the vibe is a little slower and relaxed. Coffee/lattes out of this world! Enjoy and way better than Ted's!

Had breakfast here recently when we were visiting Amsterdam. We were recommended this place by our hotel’s concierge as this place is really popular with the locals. We had to wait for 10 mins on a rainy Sunday afternoon at 2 PM. So we would definitely recommend reservations as there is a long line typically or be prepared to wait.

The entrance is confusing as the restaurant is down a flight of stairs and the kitchen is up a flight of stairs. The space is a bit cramped. But we cozy up for good food so in we went. We had the breakfast bap (their version of breakfast burger with sausage), bubble and squeak Benedict (which was poached eggs on mashed potatoes), winter spiced apple granola and winter mushroom toast. We also their passion fruit chiller and coffee. Overall food was good and flavorful. Their breakfast bap was delicious and just hit the spot and their passion fruit chiller which was mildly sweet was very refreshing. I was a bit disappointed with their winter mushroom toast which was not creamy and had mushroom scattered all over. Their bubble and squeak Benedict was good but could have been more flavorful.

Service was nice and friendly, they may come off as rude but they are just very busy and we didn’t face any issues. Everyone was nice to us.

Highly recommend them for their breakfast bap(burger)! A bit cramped but nice place for brunch!

Brilliant place with good vegan and gluten free options. Steep stairs down into the cafe from the street, but 100% worth it.

Definitely recommend stopping here for brunch, they have GF options and the food was tasty. I had a yummy ginger-mint lemonade, but the coffee was a bit stout for my taste.

The space is a little tight not ideal for big groups but perfect for couples or small groups of 4.
