If you get a hankering for France during your stay, head for this bistro run by Thibault (French) and Dieuwertje (Dutch). The atmosphere is very "après-ski" and the products ultra-fresh. The emphasis is of course on meats and cheeses from the Alps. A vegetarian dish is always available, as well as a fish dish. The service is very friendly and you're sure to have an excellent evening. A wintertime address, of course, or when you're in the mood for a hearty meal.
