Indonesian restaurant in Vondelpark south of Amsterdam offering good food.

Blauw is an excellent Indonesian restaurant on the edge of the Vondelpark. Despite its name, which means "blue" in Dutch, bright red dominates the decor, no doubt to surprise and intrigue visitors. The cuisine is simply exceptional, and the famous "rijsttafels" (rice tables) are particularly memorable. It's the perfect place to discover Indonesian flavors in a unique atmosphere. After your meal, enjoy a digestive stroll through the charming Vondelpark. The establishment has a second restaurant in Utrecht.

A faire si vous ne savez pas ce qu'est une rijsttafel.
Attention beaucoup de monde il est indispensable de réserver (ou avoir de la chance et être peu nombreux).
Myriade de petits plats indonésiens dans une salle pleines de recoins.
