Excellent restaurant in an old brick warehouse, warm and elegant atmosphere, ultra local and seasonal menu.
Here's an excellent restaurant that's well worth a visit. It's located a stone's throw from the city center, in an old brick warehouse that is part of Amsterdam's cultural heritage. From the moment you enter, you feel right at home. The room is bright, spacious and elegant: exposed wooden beams, open kitchen, modern furniture... The atmosphere is simple and warm. The menu, which changes with the seasons, is concocted with ultra-fresh, local produce by chef Arvid Schmidt and his team. It's a taste experience not to be missed. The wine list is a marvel. Don't forget to make a reservation.

At times it seemed that the service struggled to keep up, as there were some delays in raking orders. Despite this, the staff's expertise, especially regarding wine selections, contributed significantly to our enjoyable dining experience.
Nice location, interesting wine selection with hit or miss bio wines.
