Fish and seafood restaurant in the Pijp district of Amsterdam.
Brut de Mer promises to bring the Côte d'Azur back to the Pijp, no less! It's a seafood restaurant located on a lively square. It's housed in a narrow, long building with a pretty brick wall. The decor is simple but elegant. The menu offers a fine selection of quality oysters and plates that can be enjoyed alone or with a group. The public is (unfortunately) a little blinged-out. A word of warning: their seafood platter is not fresh, but offers hot, cooked products.
