Located on Rozengracht, in the heart of the lively district that separates the former working-class Jordaan from the more upscale Jordaan, this restaurant offers a unique experience. As soon as you enter, after descending a small staircase, you're greeted by a fish stall, where the culinary adventure begins. There's no classic menu here: you compose your plate with the help of the fishmonger, who suggests dishes, portions and accompaniments based on the day's produce. The wood-panelled setting is warm and elegant.
