Here, there's no doubt about the program and the menu: mussels in every sauce and gin-based cocktails. The concept is very successful and has enjoyed a good reputation since it opened. The venue is a lovely brick house in the heart of the Westergasfabriek, a former gasworks converted into a nightlife center. While mussels (in various accents) are the highlight of the menu, you can also eat meat, vegan dishes, burgers and a few starters (oysters, scampi...). It's hard to choose!
