One of the most reliable values on the north shore of the city. Responsible and very veggie cuisine and a superb setting with an urban beach.

Pllek is a real favorite in Amsterdam's northern district. Some ten years ago, the city made this space available for a temporary, sustainable project in the heart of the NDSM industrial site, a former shipyard. The place boasts a unique atmosphere, both industrial and urban, with the added bonus of a beach adjacent to the terrace that's worth the detour alone. In terms of cuisine, the menu is 75% vegetarian and 25% vegan, all made from high-quality local ingredients.

Lieu et ambiance super sympa. Des événements ont régulièrement lieu dans ce restaurant bar : yoga, cinéma en plein air, concert.
Nourriture de bonne qualité mais un peu chère. Bon petit déjeuner !

L'aventure Pllek commence dès la traversée avec le bac : découverte du port, puis on s'égare un peu dans le quartier industriel, se demandant ce qu'on peut bien y trouver, pour découvrir le combiné de containers colorés du Pllek...le voyage culinaire peut commencer.
C'est un vrai coup de cœur, tant au niveau de la déco, du service, de la vue que de la cuisine. Les meilleurs frites du monde (et c'est à peine exagéré) sont au Pllek ! Bref, si vous êtes à Amsterdam, ne manquez pas d'y faire un (dé)tour.
