Amsterdam's only "office"(kantoor) where you'll be happy to work overtime. Housed in a former town hall in the heart of Westerpark, the bar is part of the Conscious Hotel, which runs entirely on wind power. The entire menu is guaranteed 100% meat-free and largely vegan. The chef likes to experiment with fermented vegetables, which he mixes into plates and cocktails. A really pleasant address with a continuous menu concept, and a beautiful interior décor with lots of greenery. However, it's on the terrace that you'll enjoy your meal.
