Beer factory in Amsterdam offering quality tapas and salads.
As the name suggests, this is a beer factory. Here, IPA, Porter, Pilsner and other beers are served on draught, along with beer-based cocktails! The raw, industrial setting (a former cigar factory) lends itself to group dining. But you'll have to leave a little room in your stomach for the delicious free-range chicken for which the place is famous. The menu also features inspired planks, notably the fish plank with tuna and herring, but also a well-made vegetarian plank.
