Amsterdam city restaurant offering cuisine based on local products.

Probably one of the best addresses in town, even if it's not the best known. It's nicely located on the Herengracht, and if you can get a table by the window, all the better. The show, however, is on the plates, with a symphony of flavors that will leave no one indifferent. The menu (fixed, although the kitchens take your preferences and possible allergies into account) favors local products. It's possible to eat à la carte, but prices are higher. A place not to be missed.

Le Menu surprise n'apporte pas pleinement satisfaction. On ne peut choisir nos plats que si on prend "à la carte".
Ils sont toujours très bien présentés mais en petites quantités par rapport au prix.
Les bouteilles d'eau (qui ne sont pas de source mais produites par le restaurant) restent chères.

Raffinement et originalité à cette superbe table d'Amsterdam. Un service sympathique, des assiettes très bien dressées, des saveurs originales. Nous avons adoré ce menu surprise en 4 services. Le seul bémol serait le tarif des verres de vin.
