Amsterdam city restaurant offering cuisine based on local products.
Probably one of the best addresses in town, even if it's not the best known. It's nicely located on the Herengracht, and if you can get a table by the window, all the better. The show, however, is on the plates, with a symphony of flavors that will leave no one indifferent. The menu (fixed, although the kitchens take your preferences and possible allergies into account) favors local products. It's possible to eat à la carte, but prices are higher. A place not to be missed.

Très très belle découverte de ce resto gastronomique! Le personnel était exemplaire, ils parlent tous néerlandais + anglais! La cuisine était délicieuse! Je recommande

Le repas était bon mais beaucoup trop long presque 4h pour 6 courses. Les offres la fourchette n'ont pas été prises en compte sans réclamation de notre part et la monnaie ne nous a pas été rendue sur un paiement en liquide.

Lieux d'un charme absolu,la cuisine est raffiné,des associations recherchées.Vraiment un lieux et une cuisine de très bon goût,à recommandé avec ferveur et entrain.

Coup de coeur pour ce restaurant. Nous avons voyagé au gré des saveurs surprises de ce menu delicat. Excellent. Le service est chaleureux et professionel.
