Great care is taken in the selection of ingredients (organic and local wherever possible). The presentation of the dishes is also very successful. A good address where it's a pleasure to come again and again, so consistent is the quality.

Serveurs attentifs et cuisine travaillée. Terrassée cachée à l’arrière du bâtiment très agréable. Le restaurant se trouve dans un quartier calme en retrait de l’animation touristique du centre.

WE en famille, nous avons bcp apprécié ce restaurant. Notre choix était le bon : cadre agréable, excellente cuisine, accueil et service excellent. Nous avions une personne végétarienne à table : elle a trouvé son bonheur sans aucune difficulté. Une belle et bonne table.

Belle découverte par l’intermédiaire du guide Lonely Planet Amsterdam, d’abord déçus car fermeture annuelle pour congés quand nous avons voulu y venir samedi , nous nous sommes rattrapés lundi à la réouverture. 3 d’entre nous ont mangé en 3 plats, et moi en 4... nous n’avions plus faim ! Et pourtant les quantités servies sont parfaites. Plats joliment présentés, délicieux (tartare, soupes, steak, poisson, desserts...) ! Nous avons tout adoré ! Cadre très sympa même s’il est simple... Et le service était impeccable : assez rapide sans être pressant, toujours avec le sourire et humour... je recommande vivement !
