A restaurant that has to be earned and an address that's still a bit of a secret in an alleyway a stone's throw from the 9 Straatjes. The cuisine, inspired by France and Italy with Dutch accents, is precise and tasty. Many ingredients are organic and local. All dishes are homemade - even the bread - and seasonal produce is given pride of place. The setting is summery and the service excellent and very attentive. An address where you'll spend an excellent evening in a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth booking for an occasion.
