Headed by chef Nigel Eccles, former head chef of the famous Daalder gourmet restaurant, the restaurant offers classic French-inspired dishes such as beef tartare and lobster gratin. An excellent address in Amsterdam in Jordan, refined and original cuisine in an intimate setting and pleasant (contemporary bistro-style), a surprise formula that offers a menu in 4.5 or 7 courses. You need to be a bit adventurous and curious but if this is the case it is a beautiful experience, a little expensive all the same.
