One of the hotel's major assets is its location, slightly removed from the most touristy areas, yet still in the historic district. This makes it easy to reach the main sights by bike. Top plek! Wij hadden de kamer helemaal bovenin, prachtig uitzicht over adam. Alles prima op loopafstand. Ontbijt op de kamer was prima!!

Classic Amsterdam hotel with staircase. Great breakfast that is highly economical and authentic. Great value in price and wonderful staff.

Classic Amsterdam accommodation right down to the steep-stairs. The stairs are not for those with large luggage or mobility issues. The rooms were clean, staff were amazing (kudos to the chef for lending me an umbrella) the breakfast was hearty. Earplugs recommended for rooms facing the canal. Minimal to no reception-desk on Sundays.
