Housed in an elegant 19th-century building, it is part of the city's historic heritage, just a stone's throw from the main shopping streets. Very good and attentive staff, the room itself was gorgeous and had all ammenities you could have asked for. The bed itself was really comfortable as well and you don't even feel like you are in the middle of Amsterdam, it was that silent! Well done and we will gladly come again.

Great location but not a 5 star hotel. 3 to 4 stars at best. Nice staff but a horrible room. We reserved a family room only to find out kids sleep inside a closet! Outrageous. Overpriced for what it is. No elevators, just lots of stairs so not good for people with disabilities.

The hotel is a scam! This is definitely not a 5* hotel. While the service was excellent, the hotel owners are seriously lacking attention to detail. As a 5* hotel, no amenities in the bathroom apart from soap is unacceptable. No breakfast food laid out you have to order. Breakfast in your room is unavailable there is no menu or room service. The cleanliness was terrible. Poor housekeeping no tea bags no extra water -// this makes you a 3 star hotel. No concierge, no other amenities like gym or swimming pool. You are not a 5* hotel! The rooms are very very small. No lifts either

cute hotel in incredible location. service and staff were phenomenal. rooms are small and the hotel is not accessible for those who may have trouble with stairs. would recommend and stay again
