The decor, by designer Wim van de Oudeweetering, reaches an unparalleled level of sensuality. The services are exceptional, and the staff are attentive to every detail. The on-site bar and restaurant, overlooking the Dam, are also well worth a visit. A unique place, as if in a dream. A dream you're lucky to live once in your life..

We did not stay in the hotel, didn’t see the rooms, elevator was slow.
Overall, it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my trips to Europe. Looking forward to visit again.

Situated in a historical building at Dam Square, so it is super central, this hotel is amazing.
We stayed in the hotel at Christmas and had diner in Michelin star rated Bougainville restaurant. The combination is just prefect! The reception at the hotel was warm en professional. We had a suite on the fourth floor, overlooking Dam Square. On arrival the butler was awaiting us at the elevator leading us to our suite. in the suite, a waitress waited for us with a cocktail,
The suite was very luxurious, crystal clear and warm decorated. A bathroom with a spacious jacuzzi, double shower/sauna. The king size bed was just perfect to sleep well. Several pillows to choose from.
Lights, air conditioner and temperature are to be adjusted by touchscreens.
But what makes this hotel extra special is the service of every member of the staff. They really make the stay something special.
