I had a such a fantastic experience, as this was my birthday and first trip to Amsterdam. The ENTIRE staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care. I feel so bad I don't remember names, but literally everyone (entire lobby staff, bellman, security, housekeepers) left a memorable impression. They not only accommodated an early check-in, but upgraded my room and left me a beautiful mini cake and bottle of champagne in my room. Everyone was very pleasant every day; one of the staff members noticed me walking several minutes away from the hotel and greeted me! Drinks at the Pulitzer bar were amazing and there was a nice spread during the daily breakfast; there was enough variety for all food restrictions. Be advised, there is construction being down, but the property itself is very clean and well organized. I highly recommend this property. I can't wait to return.

If you’re looking for a “home away from home” in Amsterdam then Pulitzer is THE place!
I spent an incredible 3 nights here with my friends to celebrate my birthday. And all I can say is that I didn’t want to leave.
Great location, super cosy rooms and the best bed sheets you could ask for.
An incredible service from the team, great wine recommendations and delicious food.
Please pass my thank you to everyone who looked after us, because they really made this trip a memorable one for me.
I am genuinely looking forward to come
back. Sarka.

Best experience ever! We stayed there for four days and the service from the minute we arrived till we left was astonishing! All staff are super friendly, smiley and kind! We dinned at Jansz a few times and the food was spectacular, and our waiters were very knowledgable and engaging. It’s for sure my favourite hotel in Amsterdam!

Not friendly, assuming bad behavior with no reason, not good service

This is my favorite hotel in Amsterdam. Nothing against the Conservatorium or the Waldorf, they are both fabulous, but the Pulitzer wins hands-down. First of all, and perhaps the most important thing is each and every member of the staff at the hotel is kind, professional, efficient, and absolutely lovely. that sets the tone for everything else, I’ve stayed in many rooms, each different but always fabulous and the details are impeccable. The best slippers of any hotel in London incredible bathrobes, beautiful bedding, and sheets and delicious room service. The only problem with the hotel is you never want to leave!
On one of my visits, I was felled with food poisoning (acquired in London) and the staff took such amazing care of me, going to the pharmacy, bringing me tea, and really just treating me like a member of the family!
