Très bel hôtel à deux pas de la place Dam .... la literie est propre et confortable. Les douche un peu petite pour le standing.
Pas de chaîne tv câblé.
Petit déjeuners varié est de qualité .
Je conseil même si le tarif reste un peu élevé.

Not great. Felt like a 3-star hotel masquerading as a 4-star, with the prices of a 5-star. The rooms weren't soundproofed well, and all night long we could hear everything from the nearby alley and adjacent rooms. Uncomfortable beds.

Silvester/Neujahr 23/24 fünf Tage in Einzelzimmer. Bin viel in Hotel.
Einzelzimmer klein. Sauber. Zweckmäßig. Extrem ruhig für mitten im Zentrum!
Isolierte Fenster. Sogar warm!! Trotz Regen u Wind. Freundliche, kompetente Rezeption.

Really disappointed by the helpfulness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. Staff refused to help us with a few problems related to our visa card and wouldn't redirect us to their dutch collegues. This created a horrible language barrier. The rooms were nothing to write home about. They were small, uncomfortable and not properly cleaned. The only redeeming quality that this hotel has is its location. I strongly recommend people to book at an other hotel. There are better and cheaper alternatives that are just a few minutes away.

There is no way this is a 4 stars hotel!

No one was there to help us with the luggage. I think they calculated the bathroom space with the room because it was smaller than it should be “ superior room”. Room is not soundproof while you can hear people walking in the street and walk in the hotel. I heard everything in the room next to ours.

The rooms weren’t super clean. I found little bits of broken glass in the bathroom. Also, no extra amenities like slippers, but did have an all in one shampoo body wash and coffee machine w pods. The room also smells a little like sewer??? weird smell wafting in from time to time but might be just our room. However location was GREAT, 15 min walk from most things and was very convienent to drop things off during the day.

Davvero un ottimo soggiorno.
Avevamo una tripla, al primo piano.
La camera oltre ad essere molto spaziosa e con arredamento moderno, affacciava sulla via che porta alla stazione.
Nonostante ciò, l’abbiamo trovata abbastanza silenziosa.

Il personale è gentile.

La struttura vede poi un solo ascensore.

Il costo a notte a persona e stato di circa 120€ tra fine novembre e inizio dicembre.

Super hôtel très bien situé
Très bon hôtel hyper bien situé dans Amsterdam (à côté du Primark, à côté du palais, centre ville avec boutiques juste derrière, bref, top!). Chambres spacieuses et silencieuses. Le petit déjeuner est très correct.
