A mecca of 1970s counterculture, Paradiso is still going strong. This former church is mythical. The decor is already a feast for the eyes: the stage and pit, overlooked by a large balcony, are illuminated by a superb stained glass window in warm colors. The eclectic programming is of the highest quality. There's also a bar and countless galleries offering chairs and tables for those wishing to get away from the crowds. A must. Concerts are often followed by a disco night.
