This long café-bar is not far from Leidseplein and is very popular with students, but not only them! It includes a bar serving good fast food and hosting live bands at weekends, as well as a restaurant serving hot dishes at reduced prices. A pleasant, welcoming place that we warmly recommend. While many of the neighborhood's shops are closing, to be replaced by trendy addresses that all end up looking the same, de Koe (Dutch for cow) is holding out!
