You come to Rocycle to sweat and have fun in a nightclub atmosphere. The music is carefully chosen by the instructor, who guides you through the entire session (45 minutes or 1 hour for the more adventurous). The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the setting worthy of a luxury hotel. Rocycle provides shoes and a bottle of water. The fun starts right away, while the aches and pains will undoubtedly come the next day. The concept is expanding, with several studios in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht.
