LEVEND PAARDEN MUSEUM
Superb riding school to discover the oldest riding school in the Netherlands in a building dating from 1882
It's a place that's still unknown to tourists, and even to the city's inhabitants! It's a superb riding school on the edge of the Vondelpark. The building dates back to 1882, while the oldest riding school in the Netherlands dates back to 1744. The building was designed by A. L. van Gendt, architect of the Concertgebouw and the Stadsschouwburg. A unique and little-known historical institution. Occasionally, unique exhibitions are held here. Not to be missed on a stroll through the park. A surprising visit.
