This new observation platform is located on the north shore of the IJ. The less fearful will try the swing of the extreme.

This attraction has, according to some, made a major contribution to the city's (mass?) tourism sensation. It's an observation platform on the north bank of the Ij. It can be reached by taking the ferry behind the main station. The project is an undeniable success. The 360-degree view from the 20th floor is breathtakingly dynamic. If you're not afraid of heights, try the incredible swing for a thrill ride. The site also features interactive animations to help you discover Amsterdam, its history and its structure in a different way.

On y a été surtout pour la "balançoire" qui est vraiment impressionnante. Un peu court pour les fan de sensation forte(2mn) mais suffisant pour ceux qui ont le vertige(comme moi). Sinon, la tour est sympa a visiter, la vue du bar est imprenable mais ne justifie pas les prix des boissons et le peu de choix.

La tour offre une vue exceptionnelle sur Amsterdam. Cependant l'entrée est très chère et il n'y a rien d'autre que la vue à voir. La balançoire dans le vide au sommet de la tour procure de belles sensations mais il faut être patient car la queue est très longue.
