An educational touring exhibition dedicated to the human body, German anatomist Gunther von Hagens
Originally, in 1995, these were traveling educational exhibitions devoted to the human body, the first of which was held in Tokyo. The project was initiated by German anatomist Gunther von Hagens, who twenty years earlier had developed the plastination technique: a process for preserving human bodies for medical teaching and research. Although the project has often been surrounded by controversy, it aims to enhance our knowledge of the human body for educational purposes. The visit takes just one hour.
