Amsterdam's fabulous botanical gardens. Here you'll find the rarest specimens of plants and trees, including an impressive array of palms from every continent. The garden is a very pleasant place to visit, especially on a clear day, between siestas on the many lawns. The garden organizes a whole program of events in cooperation with the Hermitage Museum next door. A beautiful address, both aesthetic and historical, not to be missed. The garden also has a special children's program.

C'est part hasard que je suis passé devant, par curiosité j'ai décidé de tenter la visite et quelle bonne idée ! Le prix de l'entrée est très raisonnable. On peu visiter un jolie jardin botanique avec divers milieux. Il n'est pas gigantesque mais bien suffisant. Il y a de grandes serres tropicale ou on peu se balader au dessus de la canopée sur un passerelle en verre ou sillonner le sentier sous les grandes feuilles humides. Il y a aussi la serre aux cactus et aux orangers et même une petite serre aux papillon à l'atmosphère suffocante. C'est vraiment un moment agréable ou on peu se poser le long du canal avec le parfum des essences végétales rares dans l'air...
