A very pleasant city park, the Vondelpark is located between Leidseplein, where you can go out, and the major museums. Not to be missed!

Vondelpark (48 hectares) was designed by Dutch landscape architect L. D. Zocher and named after Joost van den Vondel, the illustrious Dutch poet. A pleasant park with small ponds, it can be visited by bike or on foot. There's also a statue (of Picasso), an open-air theater, a pavilion café-restaurant and television and radio studios. Its rose garden(rozentuin) boasts 70 types of rose. It's a multi-generational place: as soon as the weather's fine, tourists and locals alike take to the grass.

Ce grand parc est très agréable et très animé lorsqu'il fait chaud.
J'ai ou assister à un concert le dimanche, vous pouvez y déjeuner ou simplement vous reposer dans l'herbe ou sur un banc.

Superbe park placé idéalement à proximité de plusieurs musées parmi les plus connues de la ville. On y trouve notamment le I Love Amsterdam.

Idéal pour une pause et une balade, mais attention aux cyclistes comme partout !

C'est un joli parc où il est agréable de faire du vélo loin du tumulte des voitures. Vous y verrez un lac, des roseraies, des groupes faire du sport, et de jolis restos dans lequel vous installe pour aller boire un verre!
