The L'Amuse cheese shop is a veritable institution, a temple to cheese for gourmets. Renowned for its exceptional selection, it's probably the largest and most gourmet in the country, with no fewer than 400 references from France, but also, of course, from the other "cheese country", the Netherlands. The place stands out for its expertise in maturing and is a veritable Ali Baba's cave for lovers of good things. Avant de quitter Amsterdam, faites un détour par cette boutique originale afin d'y trouver des fromages locaux tel que le gouda aux cumin, aux orties ! Et facilement transportable car ils sont enrobés de cire.
