This unique Dutch restaurant is the brainchild of François Geurds, the chef who put Rotterdam on the world culinary map (yes, that's right). We go there for a total experience with incredible play on textures and tastes. Note that this two-Michelin-starred restaurant has no dress code, and brags about it: you come here as you are, in sneakers or tuxedo, it doesn't matter, but above all with an enormous desire to discover a unique cuisine with unprecedented flavors and colors.
