The van Nelle factory is back in business, so to speak. Well, not the factory itself, but a restaurant that has opened in an adjoining fire station. With its 1,100m2 and 160 seats, Black Smoke is the largest barbecue restaurant in the country. The concept, which originated in Antwerp, reached Rotterdam a few months ago. The restaurant comprises different areas, some for couples, others for groups. The choice of meat is extensive, but Black Smoke also offers fish and vegetables.
