An exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant with a classy decor and, above all, superior cuisine masterfully prepared by chef Jan van Dobben. This is one of the city's finest addresses, and you can be sure of an unforgettable evening. Amarone has been proving its worth for over 2006 and has been under Jan's exclusive management since 2017, having worked there since 2012. The sommelier, Yoshiko van Dobben-Takayama, studied oenology in France and was named Sommelier of the Year in 2020! The menu is inspired by the flavours of Japan.
