This "new café" is the "new institute". It's a museum restaurant that's out of the ordinary. First and foremost, its sublime setting overlooks the magnificent waterfront of the new architecture institute. The interior is naturally bright and imposing: high ceilings, light concrete floors, all enhanced by beautiful green plants. The atmosphere is a little postmodern. Manuela, a well-known figure on the culinary scene, is in charge of the kitchen, serving vegetarian and vegan dishes. Note the superb terrace for fine weather.
