For the past twenty years, Huson has been bringing Rotterdam's culinary scene to life. This restaurant, decorated in shades of mauve, yellow and turquoise, looks like something out of a decorating magazine. The attractive menu includes updated classics of Dutch cuisine, as well as fish and Angus beef. All to share (or not). The dishes may be more expensive than the usual broodjes, but they're also much more inspired. An excellent address to discover after an exhibition at the Kunsthal.
