An excellent Asian fusion restaurant, run by chef Han Ji. We didn't really expect it in this part of town, without much character, squeezed between unimaginative chains. Umami is the union of taste and aesthetics in a concept that's not all that expensive. The menu is complex and the explanations not always very clear, but all is forgotten as soon as the dishes arrive at the table. A paradise for gourmets and aesthetes not to be missed. The address is also available in Amsterdam, Eindhoven and Maastricht.
