It's the place to be in Rotterdam, and the place to be for breakfast, lunch or a good beer. Located in old warehouses, the place is very photogenic and attracts a motley crew of all ages and trends! We love the relaxed atmosphere, and it's fun to try out the various food stalls. If you're just passing through, buy a snack from Jordy's bakery and enjoy it on the banks of the Meuse. An iconic and much-loved local spot.

un endroit vraiment cool !
Pour atteindre la Fenix Factory, il faut traverser la passerelle en face du mythique hôtel New York. Dans cet ancien entrepôt haut en couleurs, chacun peut trouver quelque chose à manger selon ses goûts et s'installer où il veut, les tables étant indépendantes des stands. Les frites sont exceptionnelles ! Atmosphère estudiantine, exposition de photos ou de sculptures ça et là, voilà un lieu de culture au sens le plus large. Le quartier autour vaut également le coup d'oeil, il faut aller jusqu'au "Belvédère", lieu d'expo de la mémoire du quartier.
