J'adore la chaine hollandaise des hotels vand der valk. Reste des hotels d'affaire, de grosses usines (centaines de chambres donc pas d'effet cosy, dans la chambre non plus) mais ils font des offres qui restent un peu chères si on voyage seul, mais qui incluent le petit dejeuner buffet. Et quel dejeuner! Bonnes viennoiseries, belle sélection de jus frais et omelettes faites sur mesure avec oignon, champignon... au choix. Parfait
