Situated not far from Delft (access via the A10 freeway, exit at Overschie), this restaurant is a table of excellence already rewarded with numerous accolades, including a Michelin star and a fine Gault&Millau rating of 16/20. Chef Joris Peters' cuisine is of the highest quality, sophisticated without being pretentious. The setting is enchanting: on the water's edge, in a house that could be painted by a Flemish primitive... The service, meanwhile, is extremely attentive. An address to reserve for an exceptional meal!
