Museum with furnished period rooms, nice for an interesting historical dive in Delft
Located in the former home of this 19th-century painter (1823-1896), the museum features period-furnished rooms, a Louis XV bedroom, furniture, paintings, drawings, porcelain and precious objects that once belonged to Tetar van Elven. The site also hosts interesting temporary and thematic exhibitions. It's a well worthwhile visit, taking just an hour to complete, and a very pleasant way to immerse yourself in history.
