CAFE BLOSSOM
A pleasant address not far from the Peace Palace, this restaurant serves quiches, mixed salads and pasta dishes, as well as soups and omelettes. The atmosphere is very relaxed, while the service is friendly, often fast and efficient. You can hear a lot of French being spoken here, as the French embassy is just a stone's throw away. The establishment is a sure bet in the city, with a pleasant, bright decor and large windows. If you're lucky, you might even bump into Anton Corbijn, the god of made-in-NL photography, who has a regular habit here.
