A very good address in town, with top-class cuisine in a pleasant, classy setting. We particularly like the careful presentation and seasonal menus, always based on ultra-fresh produce. Note that the restaurant operates on a service system, with the first service between 6pm and 8pm. So it's not an address where you can linger for hours, but it's perfect for enjoying excellent cuisine before a concert or play. It has also been awarded a BIB gourmand, a guarantee of quality.
