MUSEUM OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE HAGUE
Museum to admire different streetcars and buses from the past, their very first streetcar dating from 1878 in The Hague
The Hague Public Transport Museum (HOVM, Haags Openbaar Vervoer Museum) opened in 1989. It is housed in a former streetcar depot, where you can admire some thirty streetcars from yesteryear, including the country's oldest, dating from 1878. There are also several buses on display, as well as a collection of period photos. If you feel like continuing your visit once the museum is over, don't hesitate to take a short streetcar ride around the city.
