Henri Willig is a family business, producing cheese in the Netherlands since 1974. Today, it's a heavyweight in the sector, with 30 stores in several European countries, museums in the Netherlands, and farms that can be visited - including the one in Katwoude. It's a fun and very interesting visit, as the farm is still in operation. You'll learn a lot about the cheese-making process, as well as the local wildlife. And, of course, there's a store with tasting facilities at the end of the tour. Highly recommended!

Belle possibilité de visiter les étables & Co. - la "conférence" sur la fabrication du fromage est un peu maigre. Mais la ferme a l'air très bien entretenue. Le prix du fromage, 40 EUR/kg, est très élevé.

Un endroit sympa pour les amateurs de fromage, on peut y apprendre beaucoup de choses. On peut y goûter des fromages très différents, avec un grand choix. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking. Il y a un magasin où l'on peut acheter du fromage après la dégustation. Il y a un peu de monde mais c'est très agréable.
